With the Panama bank program, a life insurance policy from a company in Panama must be taken out for the amount of the loan. A medical exam may be required to be taken in Panama depending on your age and the amount you borrow. This program has an age limit of 75 years. Your maximum repayment term will be the difference between 75 and your age at closing. For example, if you are 60 years old at the time of closing, the maximum repayment term will be 15 years. A fire insurance policy is also mandatory. Title insurance and escrow services are optional.
